Office Assistant
Job Description
We are looking for a dependable, organized, and people-focused Office Assistant to help keep our office running smoothly and support the day-to-day needs of our team, clients, and caregivers. This position will provide a combination of office administration and executive team support, with an important role in keeping information organized, communication timely, and daily operations moving forward. The ideal candidate is someone who takes initiative, enjoys helping others, pays attention to detail, and can be trusted to follow through. Qualifications & Requirements High school diploma or GED preferred. 1 year of office, administrative, customer service, scheduling, or healthcare-related experience preferred. Strong organization, attention to detail, and follow-through. Comfortable using computers, email, Microsoft Office/Google Workspace, and electronic records. Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate professionally in all encounters. Able to prioritize multiple tasks, respond to changing needs, and meet deadlines in a busy office environment. Demonstrates dependability, professionalism, confidentiality, and good judgment. Ability to work independently while also functioning effectively as part of a team. Prior home care or healthcare experience is a plus, but not required. Must successfully complete applicable background screening and employment requirements. This role is part-time with the possibility to expand into full-time or advance up our career ladder.
