Job Description

Accentuate Staffing has partnered with a fabrication company to identify a detail-oriented and highly organized Project Administrator to support its operations. This role provides administrative and operational support to the project management team, assisting with scheduling, submittals, purchasing, documentation, and day-to-day project coordination to ensure projects remain organized and on track.
Responsibilities:
Prepare, submit, and track project submittals and related documentation. Assist with material purchasing, supplier coordination, and delivery scheduling. Maintain project schedules, monitor deadlines, and follow up on outstanding items. Assist with preparing, pricing, and tracking change orders. Maintain accurate and organized project files, records, and documentation. Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal project teams to support project execution. Provide Project Managers with updates on project progress, outstanding items, and potential issues. Proactively identify and resolve issues while taking on additional responsibilities as skills and experience develop.
Requirements:
1-3 years of experience in commercial contracting; commercial glazing experience preferred, or a degree in a related field. Working knowledge of Bluebeam, Procore, and Microsoft Excel. Strong organizational, communication, and follow-through skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail. Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow within the organization. CAD experience is a plus. IT experience is a plus. #accentuate2
