Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Administrative Assistant to join our team! This vital role ensures the smooth operation of daily office activities, providing exceptional support to staff, clients, and visitors. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, proficiency with office management tools, and a proactive attitude. Duties Manage front desk responsibilities, greeting visitors and directing them appropriately with professional phone etiquette Operate multi-line phone systems efficiently, handling incoming calls and routing messages accurately Maintain organized filing systems, ensuring all documents are properly stored and easily accessible Perform data entry tasks using Microsoft Office and other office software with precision and speed Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and coordinate meetings for staff members or agents Support office management activities such as ordering supplies, maintaining equipment, and overseeing general administrative functions Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally in person or via phone or email Experience Proven experience in an office environment with strong clerical skills and familiarity with administrative procedures Prior experience working at a front desk or as a receptionist in medical or dental settings is highly desirable Demonstrated proficiency with computer literacy including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and data entry tools Experience handling multi-line phone systems, calendar management, and organizing files efficiently Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting Previous customer service experience emphasizing professionalism and excellent communication skills Join us if you're ready to bring your organizational talents to a vibrant team!
