Job Description

The Staffing Alliance is currently hiring for an Administrative Assistant in Laurinburg, NC.
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Exhibits polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.
  • Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of front office.
  • Answers phone calls, schedules meetings and supports visitors.
  • Carries out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc while maintaining and upholding confidentiality.
  • Supports the leadership team by creating and performing administrative tasks related to daily and weekly reporting and record keeping.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
REQUIRED SKILLS OR EDUCATION
  • High school diploma or equivalent education required
  • 3 years of administrative assistant experience
  • Positive attitude, self-starter, self-motivated, work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to write grammatically correct emails with professionalism and accuracy.
  • Decision-making skills and the ability to prioritize tasks
  • Very strong computer applications experience and proficiency using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, Microsoft PowerPoint and Adobe Acrobat
  • Diligent, punctual, and responsible employee.
  • Keen attention to detail and highest standard of accuracy.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
