Responsibilities Greet visitors and clients warmly, ensuring a positive first impression Answer multi-line phone systems promptly and professionally, utilizing proper phone etiquette Handle incoming calls, direct inquiries appropriately, and provide accurate information Manage front desk operations, including scheduling appointments, assisting with applications, and checking candidates in for interviews and orientations Perform clerical duties such as data entry, text reminders, wage verifications, and tracker clean up Support office management tasks including maintaining office cleanliness Assist with candidate communication, follow-up correspondence, and support customer service initiatives Utilize Microsoft Office 365 applications to complete daily tasks Maintain organized records to ensure easy retrieval of information
