Job Description
The Administrative Assistant will perform a wide variety of administrative tasks and support the company's executive-level management as well as all other administrative and medical center staff. The Administrative Assistant should be organized, possess excellent time management skills, and be able to handle multiple tasks. Must be a self-starter and be able to act without continuous guidance. The Administrative Assistant will contribute to the efficiency of the Hot Springs Health Program by being proficient in Excel and Word as well as providing personalized and timely support to executive, administrative, and center staff. The Administrative Assistant is the main link between the public and the medical center.
