Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Office Assistant to join our team! This energetic role is vital in ensuring the smooth operation of our office environment. The ideal candidate will bring a proactive attitude, excellent communication skills, and a passion for providing outstanding administrative support. As an Office Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for potential customers, manage essential office tasks, and support various departments to enhance overall productivity. Duties Answer multi-line phone systems, collect customer information and direct calls with professional phone etiquette Manage calendar scheduling and coordinate appointments using our CRM platform Perform data entry and maintain accurate records using spreadsheets and database software such as QuickBooks Handle filing, document proofreading, and ensure all paperwork is organized and accessible Support office management tasks including supply inventory and filing systems Assist with client communication, customer service inquiries, and support front desk operations Utilize computer skills to prepare Word documents, spreadsheets, and reports efficiently Maintain website, social media and marketing ads Qualifications Proven office experience with strong organizational skills and attention to detail Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications Excellent verbal and written communication skills Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and phone etiquette standards Strong computer literacy with the ability to learn new technical tools quickly Prior clerical or administrative experience in a professional setting is highly desirable Ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and work independently or as part of a team Knowledge of front desk procedures, customer support practices, and data entry best practices Experience in a construction related office environment is desired but not required Experience in light marketing extremely helpful Join us as an Office Assistant and become an integral part of a vibrant team dedicated to excellence! Pay:
