Eligibility starts first of the month following completing one full month of employment Responsibilities Monitor student traffic for the Financial Aid Department. Answer busy multi-line phone system in a professional manner. Check in new enrollments and create files for them. Enter Data from FAFSAs and other information when presented. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications Education / Experience High school diploma or GED required One year of customer service experience preferred. Previous multi-line telephone experience is a plus. Skills Must have excellent organizational skills and be very detail-oriented. Strong communication skills verbal and written. Excellent interpersonal skills Must have the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Basic computer skills with Microsoft applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc)About Us:
