Description:
We are seeking a highly organized, dependable, and people-oriented Office Coordinator to help oversee the day-to-day operations of our office while providing administrative & IT support to our team. This position will serve as an important point of contact for employees and visitors and will help ensure the office runs smoothly, efficiently, and professionally. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and able to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. This role will work closely with HR to support, coordinate office activities, and assist with various administrative responsibilities.
Requirements:
Oversee daily office operations and ensure the workplace is organized, professional, and well maintained. Assist with managing office supplies, equipment, deliveries, and general office needs. Provide basic day-to-day assistance with office technology and computer operations. Assist employees with basic computer, printer, phone, email, software, and equipment issues Troubleshoot basic IT issues and coordinate with outside IT support or vendors when more advanced assistance is required.. Coordinate building, maintenance, cleaning, and other office-related services. Assist with office organization, events, meetings, employee activities, and company functions. Maintain office procedures and help identify ways to improve efficiency. Coordinate schedules, meetings, conference rooms, and other administrative needs.
