Job Description
The ideal candidates should have strong data entry skills, be proficient in Microsoft Excel, and have experience processing purchase orders. Familiarity with D365 and E-Maintenance is preferred but not required. The pay rate for this position is $18.00 per hour . This is a 4-5-month assignment with the potential for a full-time position based on performance and business needs. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on first shift. Must pass drug test and criminal background check. Duties Enter and update maintenance-related data into database systems, including equipment records, work orders, and inventory logs Maintain accurate records using spreadsheets and productivity software such as Microsoft Excel and Word processing tools Support data collection efforts by compiling information from various sources and ensuring completeness Assist in organizing and filing physical and digital documents related to maintenance activities Perform routine data entry tasks such as order entry, transcription, and 10 key typing with high accuracy Handle confidential information with discretion while managing sensitive maintenance records Conduct basic Excel data analysis to identify trends or discrepancies in maintenance data Collaborate with maintenance technicians and customer service teams to ensure data accuracy and timely updates Support office functions by handling filing, data retrieval, and basic office tasks related to maintenance documentation Experience Proven experience in office administration or data entry roles within a technical or maintenance environment preferred Familiarity with database systems, ERP software, and productivity tools such as Microsoft Office Suite and purchase orders Strong computer skills with an emphasis on Excel data analysis, spreadsheets, and word processing Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information responsibly Basic math skills for accurate data entry and order processing Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple data sources Prior experience in office experience or administrative support roles involving filing, transcription, or data collection is advantageous This position is essential for maintaining the integrity of our maintenance records and supporting operational efficiency.
