This role is responsible for coordinating schedules, managing project information, processing new job setups, maintaining data within ServiceTitan, and assisting with permitting activities. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and can successfully manage multiple priorities. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Create, maintain, and update installation and project schedules. Review and monitor builder and contractor portals for project updates and scheduling changes. Add jobs, pricing information, and project details to department schedules. Enter and maintain customer, project, and job information within ServiceTitan. Assist with permit applications, documentation, and permit tracking as assigned. Coordinate with field personnel and management to ensure accurate scheduling and communication. Maintain organized project records and administrative documentation. Perform other administrative duties as assigned. Required Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required. Strong organizational and administrative skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications. Preferred Qualifications Knowledge of new construction processes; plumbing experience is a plus but not required. Permit processing experience preferred. Previous ServiceTitan experience preferred. Experience supporting construction or trade service operations. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to adapt quickly to changing schedules and priorities. Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
