Job Description

The Administrative provides dedicated administrative, operational, and compliance support at site level to enable Site Managers to focus on strategic leadership, safety performance, client engagement, and operational excellence.

Compensation:

$16.00

•$20.00 per hour pay rate (U.S. Dollars) The pay listed is the hourly range or the hourly rate for this position. A specific offer will vary based on applicant's experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data.

Shift:

Monday

•Friday from 8:00AM

•5:00

For information about ABM's benefits, visit ABM Employee Benefits | Front Line Team Members Good verbal and written English communication skills Must have exceptional ability to assist on multiple projects/tasks Ability to prioritize and work with all levels of the organization Proven track record and demonstrated ability to consistently meet deadlines Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook Excellent basic math skills Good organizational skills & detail oriented Excellent phone skills Dependable, Ability to work Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm and overtime when necessary Answering incoming telephone calls and greeting customers Process SR/DR, Cash Ap, Credit Memos and ACDs. As well as reversals, write-offs and DMFs Assist with ticket audits, completion of daily reports and entering data into the database as well as processing refunds and key control reports Filing, maintain files and recordkeeping with confidentiality Generate monthly invoices (janitorial, supplies, copies, hangtags) Distribution of incoming & outgoing mail and handle all miscellaneous clerical duties Coordinate functions with Manager, including ordering supplies, invoicing and handling petty cash Ensure an efficient office operation by working with vendors in maintaining office equipment and handling purchases and inventory of office supplies Handle additional projects assigned by Manager
