LSC provides residential options and in-home support for seniors, assists veterans and others transitioning from homelessness, and protects children through foster care and adoption programs. Role Description This is a full-time, in-person Administrative Assistant role based in Salisbury, NC . The Administrative Assistant will perform daily clerical tasks, manage communication tasks such as handling phone calls and correspondence, and provide executive-level administrative support. Responsibilities include maintaining schedules, managing records, organizing meetings, and ensuring efficient office operations to support organizational goals.

Full-time $20/hour depending on experience Additional $2/hour if teammate opts out of benefits Benefit eligibility starts after 30 days Medical, Dental, Retirement, PTO, etc. Free medical insurance option ($0 premium) Career Advancement Opportunities Tuition Assistance/ Scholarship Opportunities Qualifications Strong skills in Administrative Assistance and Clerical tasks, including organizing records and managing schedules Exceptional Phone Etiquette and professional Communication capabilities for managing correspondence Experience in providing Executive Administrative Assistance and high-level support for operations Proficiency with office tools and basic software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite) Scheduling appointments using Microsoft Outlook High attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities Ability to collaborate within a team and ensure timely completion of tasks Familiarity with nonprofit or human services environments is a plus High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certification or training in administrative tasks is beneficial
