We simplify compliance management by handling State and Local Licensing, Employee Registration, Continuing Education, and Subcontractor Compliance. We offer comprehensive turnkey solutions as well as flexible a la carte options to meet the diverse needs of our clients. Job Overview The Administrative Assistant is a key member of our team, providing essential operational support. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is detail-oriented and is eager to grow within a supportive, people-focused organization.
Key Requirements:
Previous office administrative experience is required Strong typing skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) Experience with PDF editing software is a plus Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Professional demeanor and strong communication skills
Primary Responsibilities:
Preparing, copying, and shipping application packages Organizing and filing electronic documents Ordering and maintaining office supplies Receiving and distributing incoming mail Performing light office housekeeping (emptying trash) Making weekly bank deposits (if needed) Providing general administrative support
Compensation:
Starting pay is $17.00 per hour How to
