Job Description
What We Are Looking For Required:
High school diploma or GED required; associate's or bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field preferred. Minimum of three (3) years of experience in office management, executive support, or corporate administration, with construction industry and multi-location experience strongly preferred . Strong technology skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace; experience with Airtable, RAMP or similar expense platforms, and social media management tools preferred. Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills, with demonstrated experience managing multiple priorities, coordinating events, vendors, and facilities, and interacting professionally with executive leadership. Highly self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision while exercising sound judgment, problem-solving skills, discretion, and confidentiality when handling sensitive business, personnel, and financial information.
