Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for inquiries from students, parents, staff, and visitors, delivering courteous and professional customer service at all times. Manage and maintain spreadsheets related to student records, schedules, attendance, and other administrative data to ensure accuracy and accessibility. Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and events within the upper school department. Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and correspondence to support the overall functioning of the office. Coordinate communication between faculty, students, parents, and administration to ensure timely dissemination of information. Support the organization of school activities and events by providing logistical assistance as needed. Maintain a welcoming office environment by managing supplies and ensuring the space is organized and functional. Skills Strong customer service skills with a professional and approachable demeanor.
