Rite-Hite is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our Contact Center team. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for our customers, handling inbound calls and providing timely, accurate, and professional support. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure customer inquiries are resolved efficiently while maintaining a positive and empathetic customer experience. We are looking for someone who will support our Contact Center during our 10:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m. shift and is dependable, customer-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. In this role, you will answer and manage inbound customer calls, listen to understand customer needs, provide solutions, and create work orders and opportunities for districts and sales. You will also collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer inquiries, accurately document interactions, follow established procedures and service standards, and contribute to team meetings, training, coaching, and continuous improvement initiatives. Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, call center, dispatching, or a related role. Ability to manage high call volumes while maintaining professionalism and efficiency. Proficiency with basic computer applications. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Reliable attendance and punctuality. Ability to work the 10:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m. shift. Ability to remain seated for extended periods during scheduled shifts.
