The Front Office Coordinator oversees incoming phone calls, deliveries, as well as guests and families as they enter the building. The Front Office Coordinator is responsible for disseminating all important information to the correct staff in the clinic as soon as possible each day. Centalreach implementation including but limited to CR filing, form completion. This position is directly responsible for all new client inquiries and new client enrollments. Full-Time, Monday-Friday 1:00pm-6:00pm
