Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, including preparing and completing courier and shipping drop-offs as needed
- Organize and distribute delivered correspondence, packages, and documents to the appropriate recipients
- Enter information into office records and databases with a strong focus on accuracy and timeliness
- Receive documents brought to the office and ensure they are logged and routed correctly
- Assist with general clerical support such as answering phones, responding to routine inquiries, and maintaining orderly files
- Support basic administrative and billing-related tasks as assigned to help keep daily operations on track
