Job Description

The Part-Time Assessing Office Assistant provides essential clerical and administrative support to ensure efficient daily operations. This role serves as a key point of contact for the public and staff, delivering excellent customer service while managing records, coordinating meetings, and supporting departmental functions.
Schedule:
Monday - Thursday from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM & Friday 8:30 AM to 12:30
PM Salary:
$18.03 - $19.91 per hour, depending on experience
Job Type:
Part-Time, Non-Benefited, up to 20 hours a week
Key Responsibilities:
Provide property information and respond to public inquiries Perform data entry, filing, and records management Process property tax credit applications Prepare agendas, meeting materials, and take minutes Assist with correspondence, reports, and spreadsheets Support boards, committees, and department staff Maintain accurate, confidential files and databases
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED required Minimum of six (6) months of clerical, administrative, or related experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience) Valid Driver's License Why Join Us?
