Administrative Assistant All Embracing Home Care - 5.0 Fargo, ND Job Details Full-time $17 an hour 2 hours ago Qualifications Customer communication High school diploma or GED Full Job Description Administrative Assistant - Fargo, ND All Embracing Home Care is seeking a dependable, organized, and compassionate Administrative Assistant to support our Fargo office and help ensure smooth daily operations. This is an important role working closely with leadership, care managers, schedulers, caregivers, clients, and families. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who can multitask, stay calm under pressure, and enjoys helping others. Responsibilities Answer and direct incoming calls professionally. Support daily office operations, filing, data entry, and record maintenance. Assist with Fargo-area scheduling and caregiver coverage. Communicate schedule changes, call-offs, and urgent staffing needs. Help resolve last-minute scheduling and coverage challenges. Provide excellent customer service to clients, families, and caregivers. Assist with new-hire paperwork and onboarding. Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA and company standards. Participate in an after-hours on-call rotation. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Administrative or office experience preferred. Healthcare, home care, or human services experience is a plus. Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Comfortable using Microsoft Office and scheduling systems. Dependable, detail-oriented, and team-focused. Ability to participate in an on-call rotation. Why Join Us?
