Our mission is to serve children and families by providing advocacy, resources, and education while promoting stability and community connections. This position works an afternoon shift from 10:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. CPS Assessment Worker duties include but are not limited to: Assess and investigate reports of child abuse and neglect while ensuring compliance with policies, best practices, and emergency intervention procedures. Accurately document case details and connect families to essential services. Collaborate with service providers, law enforcement, and legal entities. Prepare for and testify in court proceedings. Maintain flexibility with on-call scheduling and non-traditional working hours. Zone business hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. This position is eligible for a Recruitment Bonus ranging between $4,500 to $10,000. To succeed in this position, you must have a passion for serving others and a commitment to making a positive impact. Strong organizational and time management skills are essential, along with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse populations. A thorough understanding of program policies and laws is required, as well as proficiency in various software and database applications with a willingness to learn new technology. Attention to detail, strong decision-making abilities, and strict adherence to state and federal regulations are critical. To be considered for this position, you must have a bachelor's degree in one of the following areas: social work, psychology, sociology, counseling, human development, education, human services, child development and family science, behavioral health, applied behavior analysis, nursing (bachelor level degree) or criminal justice. Two (2) years of professional work experience as a social worker, child protective services worker, or professional case manager is required. Qualifying experience includes work in healthcare, behavioral health, child welfare, developmental disabilities, case management in a corrections setting, or social services. This experience must involve direct client interaction, service coordination, and documentation responsibilities. A master's degree may substitute for one (1) year of the work experience requirement A bachelor's degree as listed above

Family Services Specialist II:

One (1) year of professional work experience as a social worker, child protective services worker, or professional case manager is required. Qualifying experience includes work in healthcare, behavioral health, child welfare, developmental disabilities, case management in a corrections setting, or social services. This experience must involve direct client interaction, service coordination, and documentation responsibilities. Family Services Specialist I:
