This position provides administrative support for students, faculty and staff at NDSCS-Fargo located at 1305 19th Ave N Fargo, ND 58102. Primary responsibilities include customer service and a first point of contact with students, faculty, staff, general public and business & industry individuals. Scheduling and proctoring the test center are also key responsibilities of this position. Benefits NDSCS offers a comprehensive benefits package that includes single or family health insurance coverage with premiums paid for by the College - with an effective date for new employees the first of the month following the date of hire. $38,000-$43,000, commensurate with education and experience. Minimum Requirements High school diploma or GED required 1-3 years of administrative or office support experience Proficiency in Microsoft Office and standard office technologies Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills Preferred Qualifications Associate's degree in business, office administration, or related field 3-5 years of administrative experience in a higher education setting Strong interpersonal skills and experience working with diverse student populations Demonstrated experience supporting complex operations, including scheduling, event coordination, and test proctoring Experience with student information systems (e.g., Banner, PeopleSoft) Knowledge of FERPA and higher education administrative processes Additional InformationDATE AVAILABLE
