Job Description

Forks Lath & Plaster (FLP) is currently seeking a motivated and highly organized individual to join our team as a part-time Administrative/Office Assistant. The primary role of the Administrative/Office Assistant is to provide administrative and organizational support to FLP's operations teams, including Operations, Project Management, Safety, and Estimating. This position will assist with day-to-day administrative tasks, documentation, scheduling, data entry, communication, and other projects that help our teams operate efficiently and effectively. This role will be part time and based in the Grand Forks, ND area!
Applicants must have/possess:
High school diploma or equivalent Current and valid driver's license Reliable means of transportation Clear background screen Benefits include: Competitive Salary Annual Profit Sharing Bonus Weekly Pay Employee Referral Bonus Program Flexible Work Schedule Clothing Issuance The primary role of the Administrative/Office Assistant includes the following essential functions: Provide administrative support to the Operations, Project Management, Safety, and Estimating teams Assist with preparing, organizing, maintaining, and distributing project and operational documentation Assist with data entry, tracking, and maintaining accurate records and spreadsheets Prepare reports, forms, presentations, meeting materials, and other documentation as needed Assist Project Managers and Operations team members with day-to-day administrative tasks Assist the Safety team with administrative duties, documentation, recordkeeping, and other safety-related tasks Assist the Estimating team with administrative tasks, bid documentation, organization, and tracking Help maintain project files and ensure documents are organized and up to date Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence as needed Assist with special projects and other administrative needs across the organization Perform other related duties and projects as assigned
Qualifications and Skills:
1 year of administrative, office, construction, or related experience (preferred) Experience in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint (preferred) Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy Come practice your passion with us and become a part of a rewarding career with FLP!
