Assist with the maintenance of school records and student transcripts.
Maintain student and staff confidentiality in all circumstances.
Perform clerical duties such as managing and directing inquiries, filing, mail, operating electronic door system, and scheduling appointments on a daily basis.
Track attendance and absences for teachers and students using Absence Management and Power School software and generate reports accordingly. Perform general bookkeeping functions; collect and receipt revenues including student fees, participation fees, gate receipts, and fund-raising activities.
Provide general first aid and medication as needed. (Training is required).Facilitate purchases of general supplies and equipment.
Perform other duties as assigned by the building principal.

Education:
High School Diploma or High School Equivalency plus additional secretarial training equivalent to one (1) yearQualifications:
Positive human relations skills. Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills. Experience with a variety of computer applications (Google, Microsoft Office). Knowledge of records management systems.Job Goal:
Perform duties that assist the principal(s) in the operation of the school. Essential duties and responsibilities may include, but are not limited to the following: Function as school building secretary, promoting positive interactions with students, staff and parents.Maintain school calendar.
