Jamestown, North Dakota Job Duties & Responsibilities :
Ensures accurate tracking of labor, equipment and materials. Ensures accuracy of field time sheet entry (field level) via Mobile Time prior to payroll processing. Ensures subcontractor and vendor invoices are submitted within prescribed deadlines. Creates, tracks and submits Labour, Equipment and Material (LEMs). Prepares miscellaneous spreadsheets and reports field results. Creates work orders and purchase orders. Ensures corporate internal controls, processes and procedures are followed and projects documentation is maintained. Tracks project inventory and receives site material into inventory control system. Performs project audits to ensure all costs have been allocated prior to project close out. Records and tracks Pronghorn assets. Coordinates and documents reel and material returns. Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
The successful candidates will be: 3 years of experience in an administrative role; preferably in an industrial environment. Intermediate to advanced demonstrable skills in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. Strong creative problem solving, decision making and communication skills. Strong leadership qualities and excellent organizational, time management and customer service skills. Strong understanding of financial processes and experience managing contracts and budgets. Ability to work independently, show sound judgement, and adapt to changing priorities.
