About the Role HIT is looking for a full-time Assistant Day Supports Manager to join our Day Program team! In this role, you'll work closely with the Day Supports Manager to ensure smooth operations and exceptional services within the Day Supports setting. You'll provide hands-on supervision and guidance to Direct Support Professionals, deliver staff training, and actively monitor programs to ensure each individual receives the quality support they deserve.
