https://www.minotstateu.edu/hr/jobs/ NDCPD Is recruiting applicants for an Administrative Secretary. Secretarial positions within NDCPD are responsible for providing administrative support to multiple assigned grant projects and contributing to NDCPD's core goals. Below is a list of specific duties: Coordinate travel needs for staff. Coordinate events such as retreats, meetings, travel and other center activities. Develop and/or design project material including presentations, brochures, flyers, reports, correspondence, memos, email messages, newsletters, forms, etc.Provide miscellaneous clerical duties:
record minutes, prepare mailings, maintain filing systems, purchase supplies/materials). Process MSU-related paperwork (motor pool requests, vouchers, purchase orders, travel, billing, etc.) as needed. Purchase project materials and office supplies as requested. Handle confidential and sensitive information discreetly. Serve as a contributing member of the NDCPD Admin team. Participate in NDCPD's grant writing activities to develop future funding resources. Other executive duties as assigned.The applicant chosen must:
be self-directed and detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and manage time efficiently; have the ability to contribute to a fast-paced, changing work environment and contribute to the success of the project and reputation of NDCPD; have the ability to interact and communicate professionally with people with disabilities, constituents and staff; have experience in Microsoft Office components (Word, Forms, Outlook, Excel, Teams, Powerpoint, etc.) and operate standard office equipment. successfully pass an MSU-required background check. This position requires a high school degree and 3-5 years of office experience.
