Seeking an energetic, self-motivated, organized House Coordinator! House Coordinators teach people to become as self-reliant and self-efficient as people are able. The House Coordinator sets an example for other employees, including Direct Support Professionals, performs direct support, supervisory, and administrative duties.
Applicant must:
Must be a licensed driver Know personnel policies, active supports, HCBS regulations, and other regulating bodies. Be able to flex schedule. Will be required to work all various shifts and provide direct support hours. Will perform supervisory and administrative duties, work with the team to develop and implement effective programming, interview, hire, train, and evaluate DSPs.
