Part-Time Secretary Schedule:

3-4 days per week About Custer Care Custer Care is a locally owned assisted living, home care, and adult day services provider committed to compassionate, quality care. We are looking for a dependable and organized Secretary to support our daily office operations. Responsibilities Answer and direct phone calls Greet residents, families, and visitors Schedule appointments File and organize documents Assist with general office duties Provide administrative support to the team Qualifications Strong communication and customer service skills Organized and detail-oriented Comfortable using computers and basic office software Ability to multitask in a busy office Previous office experience is preferred but not required Why Join Custer Care?
