As Director of Nursing, you will oversee all nursing services within the facility, ensuring residents receive high-quality, person-centered care while maintaining compliance with regulatory standards. You will guide clinical operations, support team development, and collaborate with interdisciplinary partners to achieve outstanding outcomes.

Key Responsibilities Direct and manage the overall operations of the nursing department.

Recruit, mentor, coach, and retain nursing team members.

Ensure compliance with state, federal, Medicare, and HIPAA regulations.

Lead quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives.

Monitor resident care outcomes and clinical quality measures.

Oversee documentation and accuracy within electronic medical record systems.

Coordinate care planning with physicians, therapists, department leaders, residents, and families.

Manage staffing levels, scheduling practices, and nursing resources.

Promote infection prevention, clinical excellence, and best nursing practices.

Support a culture of accountability, teamwork, respect, and open communication.

Participate in the facility's leadership on-call rotation.

Uphold Brookestone View's mission and values through servant leadership. Qualifications Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.

Current CPR certification.

Previous nursing leadership experience preferred.

Experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or post-acute care settings preferred.

Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements, Medicare standards, and clinical compliance.

Experience utilizing EMR/EHR systems.

Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.

Proven ability to lead teams, build relationships, and inspire others.
