About Us We are a growing mental health clinic committed to providing compassionate, accessible, and high-quality mental health services to individuals in our community and surrounding rural areas. We are looking for a reliable, organized, and compassionate Administrative Assistant to join our team and help support the day-to-day operations of our clinic. What You'll Do The Administrative Assistant will serve as an important first point of contact for clients and help keep the clinic running smoothly.
Responsibilities may include:
Greeting clients and creating a warm, welcoming office environment Answering phones, returning calls, and responding to messages Clean office and provider spaces routinely Assist in social media and marketing Maintaining accurate client records and documentation Scanning, filing, and organizing documents Assisting therapists and other clinical staff with administrative needs Monitoring office supplies and helping maintain an organized, professional office Following HIPAA and clinic confidentiality policies at all times Supporting other administrative tasks that help our clinic operate effectively The ideal candidate is: Warm, friendly, and comfortable interacting with people from a variety of backgrounds Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks at once Dependable , punctual, and able to work independently Professional and comfortable handling confidential information Detail-oriented and able to maintain accurate records Comfortable using computers, email, scheduling systems, and electronic health records Able to communicate clearly and professionally with clients and staff A team player who is willing to jump in wherever needed Preferred Qualifications Previous administrative, medical office, behavioral health, or customer service experience Experience with electronic health records and/or scheduling software Knowledge of HIPAA and client confidentiality A mental health or medical background is helpful, but we are willing to train the right person. Pay:
$20.00 per hour Expected hours: 12.0 - 15.0 per week
