Update, maintain and ensure accuracy of county e-docs and files, and utilize the records information management system for County correspondence, records, and reports. Assist the public in accessing records and information. Complete transactions to record documents including verifying and collecting fees for services provided. Perform other duties as assigned
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma or G.E.D. Minimum of 2 years of experience with customer service.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with diverse individuals. Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively. Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, data management, communication, and other software.
