Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Office Coordinator to join our team! In this vital role, you will oversee daily office operations, coordinate administrative tasks, and ensure a seamless workflow across departments. Your energetic approach and exceptional organizational skills will help foster a productive and welcoming environment. You will manage animal adoptions, public inquiries, donation assistance, and office logistics while supporting the administrative team. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a growing Non Profit organization by maintaining efficient office functions and providing excellent customer service. Duties Coordinate and manage daily office activities, ensuring smooth operations and effective communication. Oversee schedule management for Town and Country Events and Outreach. Support event planning initiatives such as on site meetings and tours, and community visits. Support administrative team, fostering a collaborative team environment Manage bookkeeping tasks using donor software. Assist with human resources functions such as employee onboarding. Maintain office supplies inventory, coordinate repairs or maintenance needs, and ensure the office environment is organized and welcoming Utilize Microsoft Office tools—including spreadsheets—to prepare reports. Handle customer, volunteer, and donor communication with professionalism. Proven experience in administrative roles with strong clerical skills Demonstrated supervising experience with the ability to lead and motivate a team effectively. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) along with familiarity with spreadsheets. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—and professional phone etiquette Ability to handle confidential information discreetly while maintaining accuracy in record-keeping. Prior experience in event planning or office logistics is highly desirable Join us as an Office Coordinator to bring energy, efficiency, and professionalism to our workplace! Pay:

$16.00

•$17.50 per hour Expected hours: 20.0
