Job Description

Position Information:
Supports Sales Department in maintaining and analyzing sales information. Provides service to Customers and Suppliers to ensure alignment with Amoskeag Beverages Mission and Vision Statements.
Compensation:
$55,000/year
Full-Time, Monday-Friday Benefit Eligible:

Amoskeag Beverages:
Create and maintain Area Manager & Supplier budget tracker Create and track Vendor and Supplier bill backs (including Sales AMEX reconciliation and Custom Signage) Set-Up New Products Provide sales data and reporting internally and to suppliers as requested 2nd in the incoming call tree, lunch coverage for Reception Input product allocations
Monthly Craft Supplier Report Cards Duties and Responsibilities:
Maintain and utilize Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's) for all duties Maintain Product/Price Lists Ticket tracking Supplier POS orders Maintain sell sheet file Input customer orders for special events
Back-up Receptionist Qualifications:
Professional Detail oriented Excellent written and verbal communication skills Intuitive computer skills Proficient MS Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Data entry skills Customer focused
