Manage return material authorizations (RMAs), inquiries, and service updates with warmth and professionalism across email, phone, and service portals.Operations & Administration:
Prepare estimates, service contracts, purchase orders, and export documents with high attention to detail.Problem Solving:
Partner with finance, legal, and compliance teams to ensure smooth order processing and clear any administrative holds.Proactive Service:
Support customer loyalty by keeping clients informed on order status and introducing them to valuable service and protection options.System Continuous Improvement:
