As a Front Office Administrative Assistant, you will be a vital part of the Company by directly supporting and completing the day-to-day activities that support the administrative/dispatch team for our Lebanon, NH District. The role is responsible for coordinating and monitoring confidential activities that support the district towards overall success.

- Tracking and assisting on hitting deadlines for various projects
- Process adjustments to customer accounts timely and accurately
- Demonstrate strong initiative on trouble shooting and research
- Ensure proper customer follow-up
