$20.00-$28.00 per hour, depending on experienceWork Setting:
In-person Responsibilities Monitor Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) records and assist with resolving missing or incorrect visit information Follow up with caregivers regarding missed punches, EVV issues, and incomplete documentation Track employee compliance requirements and follow up on missing or expiring items Maintain accurate and organized employee personnel files Upload, scan, organize, and file documents within company systems Review employee and client files for missing documentation Track certifications, licenses, trainings, physicals, background checks, and other required documentation Assist with administrative portions of new employee onboarding Maintain organized electronic and physical records Assist with client file maintenance and documentation Perform routine file reviews to identify missing or expired items Answer incoming phone calls and assist with general office responsibilities Communicate with employees regarding outstanding paperwork and requirements Assist management and other office staff with administrative projects and data entry Maintain confidentiality of employee and client information Help ensure company records remain accurate, current, organized, and audit-ready Perform other administrative duties as assigned Qualifications Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Strong computer skills and ability to learn new software Comfortable with email, Microsoft Office, scanning, uploading documents, and electronic recordkeeping Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines Strong written and verbal communication skills Comfortable following up with employees regarding missing information or documentation Dependable and able to work independently Ability to handle confidential information professionally Previous administrative or office experience preferred Healthcare or home care experience is a plus, but not required Previous experience with EVV, employee credentialing, healthcare documentation, or compliance is a plus What We're Looking For This position is a good fit for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and persistent with follow-up . We are looking for someone who does not simply identify that something is missing, but takes ownership of following up and helping get it completed. The successful candidate will be comfortable working from task lists, monitoring deadlines, communicating with caregivers and office staff, and keeping a high volume of records organized. Experience in home care or healthcare is helpful, but we are willing to train the right candidate on our systems and processes.Job Type:
