About Us:

Ossipee Concerned Citizens (OCC) is a multi-purpose, intergenerational human services agency serving Carroll County. We are dedicated to improving the lives of older adults and children through essential programs, including Meals on Wheels, congregate dining, and early childhood care. Our Ossipee location operates five days a week, providing valuable services to the community.

Position Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Site Coordinator for our Ossipee location. The ideal candidate will be a motivated leader, responsible for overseeing daily operations, coordinating volunteers, ensuring meal service runs smoothly, and fostering a welcoming environment for clients, volunteers, and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations at the Ossipee site. Coordinate the distribution of Meals on Wheels and congregate dining services. Supervise and support staff and volunteers to ensure efficient service. Maintain accurate records of meal counts, client information, and volunteer hours. Ensure compliance with health and safety guidelines, including food service regulations and state contract compliance. Perform daily data entry and maintain accurate records. Act as a point of contact for clients, addressing concerns and providing information on services. Collaborate with the Executive Director, Meals Director, and other team members to maintain service excellence.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent. A Valid Driver's License and reliable vehicle is preferred. Experience in human services, nonprofit work, or program coordination preferred. Strong leadership, multitasking and organizational skills. Excellent ability to communicate effectively with a diverse group of people. Excellent ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism. Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, email, and data entry). Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and assist with meal deliveries as needed.

Work Schedule:

Monday - Friday from 8:30 AM to 3:30 PM.

Compensation and Benefits:
