Administrative Assistant:
As an Administrative Assistant, you will greet and screen all visitors, answer and direct telephone calls, and maintain records and files as necessary for office operation.
Your day will involve:
Answering telephone inquiries, determining needs, and making appropriate referrals to Agency programs. Greeting and referring visitors or callers to appropriate staff and/or Agency programs. Organizing the food pantry and assisting eligible clients with their food pantry visit. Providing basic information for clients and referring them to outside local resources. Filing and completing general office duties as well other tasks assigned by the Area Center Site Coordinator. Your role will directly contribute to a positive participant experience and to the overall operation of the Area Resource Center.

Qualifications to Be an Administrative Assistant in the

To excel in this role, you'll need:
Experience:
One year of prior office or customer service experience. Customer service skills and the ability to work with the public. Ability to work independently, multi-task, and maintain accuracy.
