Monday-Friday Administrative Assistant Job Duties:
Prepare and distribute lease renewal notices to residents. Monitor renewal activity and follow up with residents as needed. Support the lease recertification process while following company policies and regulations. Keep lease and resident information accurate and up to date Process and maintain accurate records of resident rent payments. Assist residents with questions about rent payments and available payment options. Follow up on past-due accounts and work with the property management team to resolve outstanding balances. Prepare and send notices related to delinquent accounts. Serve as a primary contact for resident questions regarding leases, recertifications, and payments. Provide friendly, professional, and timely assistance to residents. Help maintain positive relationships with residents and address concerns as they arise. Maintain organized and accurate resident files and documentation. Ensure records are kept up to date and in accordance with company requirements. Work closely with leasing and property management teams to support daily operations and a positive resident experience.
Administrative Assistant Job Requirements:
Entry level candidates are also encouraged to apply! Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
