Job Description
Links ABA Therapy is seeking a part-time RBT/ABA in Barnegat to provide 1:1 ABA services to children with autism. In this collaborative, child-centered environment, you will implement individualized treatment plans, collect accurate data, and support communication, social, and daily living skills under BCBA supervision. You'll work closely with families and a multidisciplinary team, receive ongoing training and supervision, and contribute to meaningful progress for each child in home and community-based settings. Responsibilities Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism following individualized treatment plans Implement behavior intervention strategies under BCBA supervision Collect and record accurate session data and progress notes Support development of communication, social, and daily living skills Collaborate with families and clinical team to reinforce treatment goals Maintain professional, ethical, and child-centered care at all times Participate in ongoing training and supervision sessions Assist with behavior management in home and community settings Follow safety, confidentiality, and compliance standards Communicate child progress and concerns to supervising clinicians Required Skills Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) implementation Behavior data collection and documentation Behavior intervention and management Discrete trial training (DTT) Natural environment teaching (NET) Communication and social skills training Electronic health record or clinical note systems Collaboration with BCBAs and clinical teams Family and caregiver communication Understanding of autism spectrum disorders
