(New Jersey, Full-time, On-Site) Fisher Phillips, a premier international labor and employment law firm is seeking a skilled and experienced Office Services Specialist to join our team. In this essential role, you will contribute to the seamless operation of our services, providing crucial support to our department in delivering exceptional client service and maintaining our commitment to excellence. Key Responsibilities This role demands strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities effectively. The Office Services Specialist ensures smooth office operations by managing various administrative and organizational tasks, including: Handling document management, including copying, scanning, printing, binding, and maintaining physical and electronic records. Processing and distributing incoming and outgoing mail, faxes, and packages, including FedEx and USPS services. Maintaining office spaces and supplies, ensuring conference rooms, kitchens, and work areas are clean, organized, and fully stocked. Prepare conference rooms for meetings, and provide office setup support for new employees, including monitors, workstations, and related equipment. Coordinating off-site vendor records pickups and deliveries. Order necessary office supplies and process invoices accordingly. Cross-train to provide front desk coverage as needed, ensuring seamless operations during team member absences. Requirements Minimum of 3 years of general office experience required; prior experience in a law firm or corporate legal department is a plus. Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), document management systems, and Adobe Acrobat Pro. Experience with Concur Expense Management platform is preferred. Familiarity with standard office equipment, including copiers, scanners, printers and fax software. machines Ability to thrive in a high-volume reprographics environment, producing accurate and timely work based on written instructions. Must be physically capable of lifting boxes and packages up to 50 pounds and able to walk, bend, kneel, stand, or sit for extended periods. The hourly rate range for this position is $22.81 - $27.64. Actual base pay within this range will be determined by several components, including but not limited to, location, relevant experience, internal equity, skills, qualifications, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
