This role is essential to keeping the business running smoothly. You will manage calls, schedule customers, maintain records, and assist with data entry and office organization. We are not looking for a full-charge bookkeeper. We need someone dependable who can handle both customer interaction and accurate office work . Key Responsibilities Answer and manage incoming customer calls Schedule jobs and maintain daily workflow Collect and record customer information accurately Enter and update data in QuickBooks and Excel Assist with invoices, payments, and basic account tracking Maintain organized digital and paper records Track expenses, receipts, and vendor information Support emails, follow-ups, and general office coordination Communicate professionally with customers, staff, and vendors What We're Looking For Strong communication skills, especially on the phone Organized and detail-oriented Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Basic QuickBooks and Excel experience preferred Reliable, punctual, and accountable Able to follow instructions and work independently Automotive office experience is a plus, but not required. Schedule Part-time, approximately 4-5 hours per day Morning in-office hours preferred (around 9:00 AM - 1:00 or 2:00 PM) Additional hours may be available based on performance and business needs Pay $18.00 to $23.00 per hour , based on experience, reliability, and overall skill level
