Short Description Provides administrative and operational support for the Plant Operations department by maintaining regulatory compliance documentation, personnel records, payroll, schedules, work order systems, contracts, budgets, capital projects, and purchasing activities. Coordinates preventive maintenance programs, vendor and contractor services, prepares reports and correspondence, and tracks departmental expenditures to ensure efficient operations and regulatory compliance. Maintains departmental calendars and records, supports leadership with administrative functions, and performs other duties as assigned. Experience Required Proficient in computers and other office equipment Knowledge of office secretarial and clerical duties and responsibilities Skill and proficiency in grammar, communication, and in mathematical calculations Education Requirements High School graduate or equivalent.
