(#1) Office Manager with strong task management, who has excellent familiarity with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, & Bank Reconciliation practices . In this full time, in-office role, you will be responsible for maintaining operations for a manufacturer in Pennsauken, NJ. This opportunity is long term to convert permanent.Schedule:
Monday to Friday- 8AM to 4:30
PM Salary:
$47,840.00 to $52,000.00 / $23-25.00 Per Hour, Dependent on Exp. Position Summary- Interested candidates must be well versed in procedures related to Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Bank Reconciliations and General duties related to accounting tasks, such as identifying & reconciling errors or discrepancies, maintaining vendor records, assisting with correspondence, and other duties as they are assigned.

Willingboro/Edgewater Park, NJ This is a long-term to convert to permanent position Responsibilities will include but are not limited to : Front desk presence answering and directing incoming calls, communicating with customers, and welcoming occasional visitors, deliveries, and shipping companies. Communicating with freight forward companies, obtaining quotes for international shipments, and preparing bills of lading and all documents required for shipments. Track shipments and help customers solve their logistics, shipping and fulfillment issues. Create and confirm accuracy of commercial invoices and associated paperwork for country-specific requirements. Updating work orders, monitoring shipments and customer interactions as related to final payments and release of products. Use a variety of computer programs including Microsoft Office and Excel, as well as online communication tools like Zoom, teams chat, SignNow, and ERP tracking software. Assist in keeping track of machine and Origin service contracts. Become familiar with company products, specs, services, and rental abilities. Prepare quotes for parts, balls, service contracts, and rentals in the absence of or to support sales staff. Assist in spreadsheet administration, invoice updating and other light bookkeeping needs. 50% of the job is arranging shipments, from small boxes (FedEx/UPS) to crates (LTL) internationally through freight forwarders and brokers . The person will have customer contact over the telephone, email and will support the sales department and the office manager.Required Skills/Abilities:
