Position Summary The Administrative Assistant performs various administrative and office support activities for the office. The position includes answering phones, making copies, word processing, and preparing submission packages. Responsibilities Answer multi-line telephone system and direct calls accordingly Receive and direct clients and/or visitors Responsible for document and plan reproduction, word processing, filing, and sending faxes Make plan sets Assist in preparation and finalization of client proposals Prepare and coordinate reports and engineering submission packages Maintain office files, documents and environment Schedule meetings and conference calls as required Handle daily distribution of external and internal mail. Ensure outbound mail is processed timely Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications High School Diploma required; Associate's Degree or Business School Certificate a plus 2+ years' experience in an office environment and/or administrative role required Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint Well-organized and highly motivated Excellent written, oral communication and customer service skills Must be able to prioritize work and multi-task Self-starter who can work independently and with team members Critical thinking skills and the ability to problem solve are a must Physical Demands of the Job Why Join Dynamic?
