About Us One Three Electric is a growing electrical contracting company committed to quality work, reliable service, and strong customer relationships. We are looking for a dependable, organized Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations and help keep our projects and communications running smoothly. Job Summary The Administrative Assistant will provide essential office support to help ensure efficient day-to-day operations. This role will handle a mix of customer service, scheduling, filing, job paperwork, and communication with field staff, vendors, and customers. Responsibilities Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails. Greet visitors in a professional and courteous manner. Schedule appointments, service calls, and meetings. Assist with invoice processing, purchase orders, and general document preparation. Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems. Support payroll, job paperwork, and employee records as needed. Communicate with customers, vendors, and field staff clearly and professionally. Assist with permit-related paperwork, compliance documents, and job closeout materials. Perform general administrative and clerical duties to support office operations. Qualifications Prior office, administrative, or customer service experience preferred. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, email, and basic data entry. Ability to multitask and work independently. Professional, reliable, and team-oriented attitude. Experience in construction or electrical contracting is a plus, but not required.
Pay:
$45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
