PRN Office Assistant - Health Up Training & Services Health Up Training & Services is seeking a dependable, friendly, and professional PRN Office Assistant to provide front-office coverage as needed. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with students, answering questions, and providing excellent customer service in a career-school environment. Responsibilities Greet students, prospective students, and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner. Answer incoming phone calls and respond to general questions about our training programs. Assist prospective students with applications and basic enrollment paperwork. Collect contact information from walk-ins and prospective students for follow-up. Schedule appointments and maintain organized office records. Respond to basic emails and messages. Assist with printing, copying, filing, and other administrative duties. Keep the reception and office areas organized and professional. Provide information about class schedules, tuition, and available programs using approved school materials. Notify management of prospective students who require additional assistance or follow-up. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Previous office, receptionist, administrative, or customer-service experience preferred. Comfortable using computers, email, and Microsoft Office. Strong communication and organizational skills. Professional, dependable, and able to work independently. Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred. Must be able to work on-site in Edison, NJ. Flexible availability is preferred because hours are based on office coverage needs. Position Details Part-time / PRN Approximately 8-20 hours per week based on business needs $16-$17 per hour Flexible schedule In-person position

$16.00 - $17.00 per hour Expected hours: 8.0 - 20.0 per week
