Job Description
Overview A small, fast-paced, and extremely busy law firm is seeking a punctual, energetic, and highly responsible Junior Administrative Assistant / Front Desk Clerk to join our team.
Schedule:
Monday- Friday, 9:00 AM
- 3:00 PM or 9:30 AM
- 3:30 PM (will be discussed in person)
Key Requirements:
Bilingual:
Must be fully fluent in English and Spanish.Tech-Savvy:
Comfortable seeking up zoom links, navigating Gmail, and quickly assessing files/documents. Able to work independently, quick on their feet, and a "problem solver." Some responsibilities include: Welcoming clients, helping coordinate the attorney's schedule, setting up virtual court sessions via zoom, organzing records, and handling general administrative tasks to keep the office running smoothly.
